TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms governing use of this website and venue inquiries.
Effective Date: September 15, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the HWY 126 Feed Lot website, including venue information, event listings, inquiry forms, venue-tour scheduling, photography rental inquiries, vendor inquiries, and other website features. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or scheduling a venue tour, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About HWY 126 Feed Lot
HWY 126 Feed Lot is a year-round event venue available for weddings, receptions, private events, community gatherings, vendor markets, community yard sales, photography rentals, sports watch parties, fundraisers, holiday events, business and group events, and other approved gatherings. Information on this website is intended to help prospective renters, vendors, photographers, and visitors learn about the venue and request additional information. Website content does not constitute a guaranteed reservation, binding rental agreement, or guaranteed offer of availability.
2. Venue Availability
Submitting an inquiry, requesting pricing, scheduling a venue tour, or contacting HWY 126 Feed Lot does not reserve or hold an event date. All dates are subject to availability and approval. An event date is considered reserved only after all required booking steps have been completed, which may include: event approval; a signed rental agreement or contract; required deposit; required documentation; and any event-specific requirements communicated by HWY 126 Feed Lot.
3. Pricing
HWY 126 Feed Lot uses Contact for Pricing rather than publishing fixed venue rates on the website. Pricing may vary based on factors including: event type; event date; rental duration; setup requirements; guest count; rental needs; bar/tap area use; and other event-specific requirements. Pricing is not guaranteed until provided in a written quote, proposal, or rental agreement.
4. Deposits and Payments
Unless different terms are stated in a signed rental agreement: a 50% deposit is due at booking with the signed agreement; if the required deposit remains unpaid, the requested date may be released after 7 days; final payment is generally due 30 days before the scheduled event; and the event must meet applicable payment requirements before proceeding. Payment or invoicing may be handled through an approved third-party payment or accounting provider.
5. Rental Agreement Controls
These website Terms & Conditions do not replace the individual event rental agreement. A rental agreement may contain additional terms concerning: event dates and times; rental periods; pricing; deposits; payments; insurance; property use; event responsibilities; damage; event-specific rules; and other rental requirements. If these website Terms conflict with a signed rental agreement, the signed rental agreement controls for that event.
6. Venue Capacity
The verified indoor venue capacity is up to 100 people. Actual approved attendance may depend on the event configuration, applicable requirements, and the individual rental agreement.
7. Tables and Chairs
Tables and chairs are included with venue rental. Specific quantities, configurations, layouts, or separate/additional rental availability may vary. No specific quantity or setup is guaranteed unless confirmed as part of the event agreement.
8. Food and Catering
HWY 126 Feed Lot does not provide food or catering. Renters are responsible for arranging their own food, catering, or food vendors as allowed under their event agreement and applicable venue policies. The venue does not currently provide a kitchen or food-preparation area.
9. Alcohol and Beverages
HWY 126 Feed Lot does not provide alcohol, beverages, bartending, beverage packages, or alcohol packages. The venue has a rustic bar and tap area that may be available for rental or event use. When alcohol will be served, the renter is responsible for satisfying applicable requirements, including: obtaining the appropriate OLCC event permit; using a properly licensed alcohol server; and maintaining required alcohol-liability coverage. Additional requirements may apply depending on the event.
10. Decorations
Glue may not be used on venue buildings or surfaces for decorations. Additional decorating requirements may be established in the individual rental agreement or communicated during event planning.
11. Music and Event Noise
Music must generally conclude by approximately 10:00 PM, unless otherwise specifically approved. Renters and guests must comply with applicable venue requirements regarding music, sound, and event activity.
12. Venue Features
Verified venue features include: large indoor event hall; rustic wood interior character; metal exterior character; rustic bar and tap area; large TVs; tables and chairs; catering area; ceremony and reception areas; photography areas; restrooms; heat; and approximately 20 on-site parking spaces with additional street overflow. Features and availability may vary depending on the event and setup.
13. Photography Rentals
The venue may be rented for approved photography sessions, including uses such as: portrait photography; family photography; engagement photography; bridal photography; brand or business photography; and other approved photography sessions. Photography rentals are subject to availability. Submitting a photography inquiry does not guarantee a specific date, room, area, backdrop, or setup.
14. Vendor Markets and Public Events
HWY 126 Feed Lot may host vendor markets, community yard sales, craft events, public gatherings, and similar events. Requirements may vary by event and may include: vendor fees; booth sizes; setup times; insurance; power needs; product restrictions; and event-specific rules. Information published for a specific event applies only to that event unless otherwise stated.
15. Upcoming Events
HWY 126 Feed Lot may publish upcoming public events on its website. Event information may include: dates; times; vendors; entertainment; fees; event contacts; registration information; and other event details. Events may be updated, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled when necessary. Some public events may be organized or coordinated by third parties who are responsible for their own event-specific information and requirements.
16. Venue Tours
Venue tours are available by appointment. A standard venue tour is approximately 45 minutes. Scheduling a tour does not reserve an event date.
17. Website Forms
Website inquiry forms may be used for: general event inquiries; wedding inquiries; vendor inquiries; photography rental inquiries; and venue tour scheduling. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a form. Submitting a form does not guarantee venue availability, event approval, pricing, a reservation, or a particular response time.
18. Electronic Communications
When you submit an inquiry or schedule an appointment, HWY 126 Feed Lot may use the contact information provided to communicate regarding: your inquiry; venue availability; venue tours; event planning; booking information; payments; and event-related updates. Providing a phone number does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional text messages. SMS communications will only be used when appropriate consent and applicable messaging requirements have been satisfied.
19. Third-Party Services
HWY 126 Feed Lot may use third-party services for functions such as: website hosting; customer relationship management; appointment scheduling; email delivery; payment processing; accounting; analytics; maps; social media; and event registration. Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
20. Website Accuracy
HWY 126 Feed Lot attempts to keep website information accurate and current. However, information may change, including: availability; pricing; event details; venue features; rental availability; policies; and scheduling. Website information is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace a written rental agreement.
