RULES & POLICIES
The policies below reflect verified information from HWY 126 Feed Lot. For any item not listed here, contact the venue for current requirements.
HWY 126 Feed Lot does not provide food, catering, alcohol, or bartending. The bar and tap area may be rented as a facility feature only.
BOOKING
- Contact HWY 126 Feed Lot for availability.
- Date secured through required contract and deposit process with owner approval.
- 50% deposit required.
- Deposit due at time of booking with signed contract.
- If the deposit is unpaid, the date may release after 7 days.
- Final payment due 30 days before the event.
- The event is not cleared until required payment is complete.
FOOD / CATERING
- HWY 126 Feed Lot does not supply food or catering.
- Food and catering are customer-arranged and customer-provided.
ALCOHOL
- HWY 126 Feed Lot does not provide alcohol.
- Events serving alcohol require the applicable OLCC event permit, a licensed server, and required alcohol-liability coverage..
DECOR
- No glue may be used on the buildings for decorations.
MUSIC
- Music must end by approximately 10 PM.
KITCHEN
- No kitchen or food prep area is currently available.
